Mushroom Green Pepper Salad

Yes there lettuce underneath all this goodness, I've also done a variation of this where i would cook  the mushrooms and peppers them in a little hot sauce and water in a frying pan until the water evaporated, let them cool before adding them to the rest or add them hot n eat it right away.
